Kahlua® Pumpkin Cheesecake

I made this for a dinner party I was invited to and it was a hit. I will say the only thing different I added to the recipe was a dash of salt as well as 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract. I dressed the cake with a ganache and a dusting of the left over graham cracker crumbs. I am not much of a baker and this cheesecake came out perfect. Everyone enjoyed this cheesecake thank you for sharing this recipe.

Swiss Parmesan Baked Halibut

I made this for my wife and I. We really enjoyed the smoky flavor of the Swiss cheese. I made this almost exact to the instructions of the recipe. The only change I made was the paprika. I added a very light dusting of smoked paprika since I had only smoked or hot, and I added it prior to the baking. I highly recommend this to anyone who enjoys fish. This recipe went well with asparagus and baked pumpkin. We also found it was complemented with a nice white chardonnay wine.

24 Hour Roast Pork

I made my Pork Shoulder with my recipe using this 24 hour slow roast method with a bit of skepticism. Although I have used this 225 degree method in the past I have never tried it for 24 hours. I must say I will never slow roast my Pork Shoulder any other way. It came out absolutely perfect thank you lisa for this enlightening method of a perfect roast.

The last time The last time I made this I didn't have the cherries so I used some Grand Marnier in place and it worked very well. Just use the Grand Marnier to de glaze.

Creamy Pasta With Chicken & Asparagus

I recently made this with a few changes due to the lack of fresh basil and chicken broth. When I seasoned the chicken and added a touch of dried parsley to the chicken. As well due to the lack of chicken broth I added 2 cubes of bullion and used 2 cups of the asparagus water. I was very happy with the results. In addition I added a touch of unsalted butter at the very end. I think I like it even better this way!

Boiled Water

Chicken with 40 Cloves of Garlic

I made this recipe for my family I served it over a bed of creamy rissoto. Although I did not make it exactly to specification I did not stray far from the original recipe. I seasoned the chicken prior to searing and instead of using 1/4 cup water I substituted with almost 1 cup of good Chardonnay wine. I also added the zest of the lemon with the thyme on top of the chicken. This was a superb recipe. You can never go wrong with the combination of lemon, chicken, butter, and garlic. I fell my addition of the wine added another dimension of flavor to this already wonderful idea. Thank you!

Grilled Gorgonzola Flat Irons

My family and I enjoyed this recipe. I did not have flat Iron steak but the porterhouse I used was a perfect vessel. The saltiness of the Gorgonzola is a wonderful contrast to the dry rub. I cant say I followed the recipe to the T but I was close. I didn't make the dry rub and apply it but, I added each ingredient to the each steak individually. Nor did I measure the Gorgonzola cheese again I treated each steak individually. Thank you for this wonderful idea of Gorgonzola cheese and steak!

Meat Bolognese w/Linguine! This is an excellent recipe. I made no changes Except! I know you knew there would be an except in there! The only change I made was in the method of cooking. I first rendered the sausage meat in the same pot as I sauteed the veggies in. My family and I enjoyed this and we will make this again. Thanks Candice!!!

I made this almost exactly to the instruction. I used homemade chicken stock instead of cubes and added a little s&p to adjust for the cubes. I love pumpkin and found this to be a delightful recipe. I thank you for sharing it!!!

Fried Mushrooms with Feta Cheese Sauce

I made this recipe as a side dish with My Fillet Mignon Bruscany recipe. I found it to be a perfect match with my steak. The saltiness of the feta was tantalizing to the pallet against mild flavor of the steak. I highly recommend this as a great side dish for steak.

Ninety Minute Cinnamon Rolls
