Chicken and Gnocchi Soup

Prepared this with the recipe for Quick Gnocchi. Loved it, though I left mine on the stove for a bit too long, it burned the bottom of my pot. But overall was a great meal. My gf loved the soup and variety of veggies I added just because.

Bob's Mexican Stuffed Chicken

Made this for dinner a few nights ago to entertain a friend....was wonderful. I added a bit more chili seasonings to give it a little bit more of a kick. Was very delightful. Also like some other reviewers I use tortilla chips. But next time I think i'll leave out the chips, and just put the veggie spread from the middle on top and baste it that way.
