My family couldn't get enough of this recipe. Typically I don't modify recipes, however, in this instance, I did replace one cup of milk with a cup of cream just for texture and taste. It was wonderful!

Mrs. Sigg's Snickerdoodles

These cookies are FANTASTIC! I bake cookies ALOT and these are my new favorite. I followed the recipe exactly and they came out perfectly - chewy in the middle and just a tiny crispness around the edges. I also found a great way to keep my hands clean. I put the cinnamon sugar into a small bowl. Then I used my medium sized Pampered Chef cookie scoop to scoop up the ball of dough and then dropped it into the bowl. I used a large spoon to scoop up some cinnamon sugar and pour over the cookie dough ball. Once the cookie was coated, I slid a fork under the cookie ball, tapped off the excess cinnamon sugar mixture and slid it off onto the parchment paper. Perfect! No sticky mess :) I will definitely be making these again and again!

Mom's Fabulous Chicken Pot Pie with Biscuit Crust

Not only did this take MUCH longer to make than it said that it would, it was just not good. I am not by any means a picky eater but this was just bland, too runny (and I added corn starch to thicken!). Otherwise I followed the directions exactly. I used a 2.5 quart dish, which is larger than what was recommended and it still overflowed all over the inside of my stove.

Green Velvet Soup

Very good soup! I don't puree it anymore, as I like the texture of the veggies and such, but I do follow the recipe exactly. It fills me up for a long time too, which is a bonus!

Classic Peanut Butter Cookies

These were a HUGE hit both at work and with my boyfriend, who is somewhat of a peanut butter cookie connoiseur. As recommended, I increased the PB and flour and added vanilla too. Perfect!

Beaker's Vegetable Barley Soup

I make a lot of different soups and this is a wonderful addition to my collection of recipes! I made exactly as instructed, using super low sodium organic broth. It came out hearty and rich - more the consistency of stew, which I love! The heat is wonderful, though next time I'll probably use 1/2 the amount of pepper. I'm really looking forward to eating this as a comfort food in the winter. YUM!

Chantal's New York Cheesecake

This recipe was amazing! I have never made a recipe for anything from scratch, but this came out perfect! I used the oven roaster bag and the water bath as recommended by others. I left it in the oven with the door closed for 3 hours afterward and then transferred to the fridge. It was sooo good - creamy and smooth with just a hint of gold around the edges. It did not crack or get over cooked. Simply amazing!
