Easy Alfredo Sauce I

I loved this Alfredo sauce, the only ingredient I added was fresh crushed garlic one large clove to the butter as it was melting, I do agree with Chefsingledad that it is important to use FRESH PARMESAN that you grate or the kind that is sold in the deli's freshly grated and are kept refrigerated with an expiration date one must look at. It is a awesome sauce Thank You Kathy Rose for sharing this simple but elegant recipe !

Mexican White Cheese Dip/Sauce

This is a very tasty white cheese dip, I took the advice of other viewers and increased the milk to 1-1/2 cups using 2% milk to save a little bit on calories. :) I also used about 1/2 cup of diced jalapeño & 1/2 cup of juice from the jar. I used 1 can 4 oz of diced green chiles,1-1/2 teaspoons of cumin and followed the rest of the recipe as written. It was wonderful, I plan on using it on top of my tacos for tomorrow's dinner a.ong with lettuce & diced tomatoes, slice of avocado too ! Cooked on low heat stirring consistently until cheese was melted at the last minute threw in a handful of fresh chopped cilantro because I had it on hand for Amy's Cilantro Cream Sauce ( on this web site) for the viewers who love Cilantro this is a great recipe also. So Thank You Leah ! The recipe that you shared is wonderful ! If you haven't tried Amy's sauce please do it is awesome !

Amy's Cilantro Cream Sauce

Oh Amy, This is a Academy Award Winning sauce ! I so love it ! It's easy, quick & perfect consistency. I use a measuring Tablespoon on top of my Taco's, Bianca's Green Chile Pork, & Taylor Farms Southwest Salad. It has a Cilantro Dressing enclosed in the bag of salad mix, and I was wanting to duplicate it, this Cilantro Sauce is perfect, I just need to thin it a little more, maybe with buttermilk. Thank You for sharing !

Chuck's Favorite Mac and Cheese

I really liked this recipe, I made bit exactly as written. The changes that I would make is to add some chopped onion 1/4-1/2 cup lightly sauted and as a reviewer stated maybe add some cream cheese to put it over the top.
