I make it a point to try these recipes as written the first time, and then make my adjustments there after. Well, I didn't have regular vinagar and had already started so I used Balsamic in its place (making it an hour or so inadvance and fridging it). No other changes needed. Well Balanced, Light and oh so Flavorful!!! After the Wife's fourth bite she looked at me with a smile and said of this recipe "It's a keeper". Enough said!
