Alabama Fire Crackers

Hmm, I thought. But I gave these a try and wow am I glad. The only thing I changed was canola for vegetable. I have to admit that I cheated and ate a couple before letting them sit over night and thought they were too salty. However, after overnight they were not.

Ultimo's No-Bake Blueberry Squares

Oh my goodness! This is awesome. This doesn't cut real pretty but what the heck I would eat it with a spoon, it's that good. I did follow some of the reviews by baking the graham crust at 350 for 8 minutes, used one tablespoon of sugar in the graham cracker crust, 3/4 cup of sugar in the mixture with 1 teaspoon of lemon juice and 2 1/2 teaspoons of vanilla extract. Perfect.

Restaurant Style Chicken Nachos

Spicy Watermelon Salsa

I was getting ready for a Memorial Day BBQ in honor of the fallen when I came across this recipe and thought I would give it a try. I am so glad I tried this. The flavors are unbelievable. This recipe is at the top of my Memorial Day menu. Forget the chips, just eat it out of a bowl with a spoon. Thank you FrackFamily5 for an awesome recipe.

Vegan Black Bean Quesadillas

I'll admit I wasn't sure about a quesadilla without cheese but I so glad I tried this. The nutritional yeast adds great flavor. Served with pico de gallo. Thank you DownHomeCitySisters.

Baked Salmon Fillets Dijon

This is absolutely the best salmon recipe. Quick and easy. I didn't have Italian-style dry bread crumbs so I made my own with bread crumbs and some Italian seasoning.

Barbequed Cabbage

I know this said to cut into thick shreds but I wanted that smoky charred flavor and I thought the wedges would photo better before I cut them into thick shreds. I grilled the cabbage wedges until slightly charred prior to cooking as outlined in the recipe and topped with crumbled bacon. This turned out great. Thank you ericasalad.

HERDEZ® Three Pepper Cheesy Stuffed Jalapenos

I have eaten my share of cheese stuffed jalapenos but I must say that the HERDEZ® Red Guajillo Chile Mexican Cooking Sauce put these over the top. These will be my go to jalapeno appetizers. I might add that the cheese mixture also makes for a great warm dip on it's own. Thank you for a great recipe GreenGirl24.

Surf and Turf for Two

I followed the recipe exactly as written except for the steaks. I used NY strips in place of the filet mignons. The shrimp marinade was absolutely perfect. The shrimp was the star of this 5 star meal. Thank you Staci.

How can something so simple taste so good. Four serrano chiles were just right. They only change I made was using garlic salt to taste in place of regular salt. Next time I will add onion. This will go into my TNT folder.

Family Ties Chipotle Deviled Eggs and Bacon

The combination of ingredients made some great deviled eggs. The best part of this recipe is being able to control the amount of chipotle sauce in the egg mixture. Instead of crumble bacon on top I cut some bacon into small squares, dipped them in the chipotle sauce, and place on top of the eggs.

Campfire Pepperoni Pizza

Went over to the kids house where they have an open fire pit and gave this a try. I didn't have a pizza stone so I used a comal (cast iron flat griddle) and the smoky goodness turned out perfect. The grand kids had fun with these.
