Saundra's Hot Sauce

Definitely a good hot sauce. I roasted the jalapenos for added smokiness and use a food processor to blend all of the ingredients. Perfect sauce for a dip, on tacos or a wet burrito. Thank you for a great recipe SAUNDRA.

Easy Microwave Chilaquiles

Chilaquiles are one of my weaknesses and this one is easy. I used hot enchilada sauce with Mexican blend cheese. This would also be good with a mild red or green sauce and your favorite cheese. Thank you Patty Pelfrey.

Menudo

I'm a fan of Menudo but I felt this needed something such as Mexican oregano. I did use chile de arbol powder in this recipe. To render some of the fat from the tripe I did boil it by itself with some lime slices then rinsed and added to the Menudo to simmer.

Nova Scotia Beer Warmer

Right up my alley! Frosted mug of beer and hot sauce. This is so good and I must admit I did add a few more dashes of hot sauce. I used a non-vinegar based hot sauce. I think I'll have another...

Homemade Chipotle Oil

Oh wow, is this chipotle oil good! Well worth the week's wait after making it. The first thing I did was make popcorn with this and it made the perfect spicy popcorn. I can't wait to try this on other foods. Just two ingredients and so easy to make. I'll definitely keep some of this oil on hand.

Skintastic Baked Potatoes

I did enjoy these. After the potatoes were done I cut them open and drizzled the remaining hot sauce that accumulated in the bottom of the foil, added a dollop of sour cream and sprinkled chopped cilantro on top. Thank you ggustin.

Pizza Bubble Bake

Followed the recipe as written and I'm not exactly sure what happened. The middle biscuits were not done. However the ones on the edge were very good. When I make these again I will probably spread them out flat (pizza style) and bake.

Mel's Crab Salad

Dark Chocolate Chipotle Cookies

These cookies are great. I did triple the chipotle and they turned out perfect. I rolled the cookies into balls slightly smaller than a golf ball which resulted in 3 to 3 1/2 inch cookies. I also used parchment paper as stated in the recipe. Thank you newman'smom.

Bacon Breakfast Cookies

When I came across this recipe I just had to make them. Had no clue what these would look or taste like. Surprisingly good. The cookies are not sweet and taste like granola with bacon. I made them with whole wheat flour and real bacon.

Jumbo Dark Chocolate Cookies

These big cookies are good. Never was a fan of dark chocolate but NESTLE® TOLL HOUSE® Dark Chocolate Morsels are just right. I always use unsalted butter and added the 1/2 teaspoon salt per the recipe. Perfect.
