Baked French Fries I

they were good the ones that were not burned. I looked at them at 40 min and they were mostly burned. but that is most likely my fault since I cut them thiner like regular fries. My bad...lol So my suggestion is to cut them like steak fries and they should be ok, or if you like them thinner, reduce the cooking time.

Green Beans with Hazelnuts and Lemon

Excellent, and instead of Hazelnuts, I used slivered almonds and lighly browned them in olive oil and then added them to the beans to serve. My husband loved them, and he usually only wants salads.

Award Winning Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies

Fantastic, and everyone loved them. The recipe made a ton of cookies, next time I will 1/2 the recipe. My thighs don't need that many cookies left around this house...lol

Apricot Chicken I

This was very good, and easy to make. The russion dressing made it tangy. I used thighs instead of breasts because my family likes dark meat better. I was a real hit!

Oh my goodness I did this recipe for a UFC party at our house, it was wonderful. Although I would definately 1/2 the recipe it made a ton of chili.
