BarbaraRose's Albondigas Soup

Sorry. I put Mexican restaurant's to shame with my Albondigas. The sausage adds way to much fat, what happened to the sliced carrots, zucchini & diced potatoes, though I use diced turnips, more fiber & they don't fall apart like potatoes. And never have I made Albondigas with out ground cumin. It's what makes the soup.
