If you like rhubarb pie - this is a great pie. Infact, this is beyond great. It is perfectly tart like rhubarb pie should be and its not soupy or mushy. If you wish to reduce the tart.. add the strawberrys as other reviewers have suggested. And Carol.... I could kiss you for this recipe! Its in my recipe book for the next generation to enjoy!
