1/2 cup milk (soy or nut milk)
1/2 cup pomegranate juice
5 ounces organic baby spinach, about 4 cups packed
1 medium banana peeled
1 tablespoon natural unsweentened cocoa powder
1 tablespoon of flaxmeal
2 cups frozen blueberries
1) Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure lid
2) Select Variable 1
3) Turn machine on and quickly increase speed to Variable 10, and blend until smooth about 30 seconds.
Notes to self: 1/2 recipe makes 1 large serving or 2 small. I made almond milk with a spoon of caramel almond butter and water and used a banana that was frozen.
