Fudge
These are AMAZING! My husband is not a sweets guy but he ate these up. He kept saying they tasted like a professional. AMAZING!!!! I did not use walnuts. I doubled the recipe and i made sure not to over melt them.

Satiny Chocolate Glaze
I'm sorry i couldnt give this a higher rating. It just tested liked melted chocolate chips. Which wasn't the taste i wanted for a glaze. Too strong! To recover from this recipe i added 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar and a large scoop of peanut butter. It covered up the strong chocolate taste. Im sorry.

Rich and Creamy Beef Stroganoff
This was excellent! I was too tired last night to measure everything but i put all the ingredients in with a general idea of measurements. It was seriously fantastic! Good beefy taste my husband prefers with his Stronganoff. Thank You!
