This is a great quick and easy recipe to make burgers for a large crowd. It had a subtle flavor that can easily be adjusted to suit personal tastes. Good base recipe!

Cornbread Stuffing with al fresco® Sweet Apple Chicken Sausage

Reviewed: Sep. 26, 2012
This was a really good stuffing! Very quick and easy, plus a nice change of pace from the standard stuffing. I didn't add any cranberries (none on hand) and I used the Al Fresco breakfast sausage. I will definitely make this one again, great side dish!

Easy Weeknight Creamy Chicken Alfredo

Reviewed: Sep. 22, 2012
So the boys would have rated this a 5, I think it's a 3 so we'll meet in the middle at 4. Personally, I don't think this dish is any easier than making a fresh cream sauce, but I know a lot of people are intimidated to make their own so this is an easy option. The only changes I made were to add some sauteed diced onion (half a cup) and some lemon pepper seasoning on the chicken. My boyfriend and son went back for seconds.

Grilled Mediterranean Greek Pizza with Sundried Tomato Chicken Sausage

Reviewed: Sep. 12, 2012
This was really good! The whole family enjoyed this pizza and especially the sundried tomato chicken sausage! I did make a couple of changes: I used uncooked pizza dough and added caramelized onions on half and mushrooms on the other half. This was a really quick meal to throw together and the family has asked to have it again soon!

Kelsey's Cheesy Bacon Breasts

Reviewed: Sep. 10, 2012
These were amazing! I marinated my chicken breast in some Italian dressing first and cooked them on the grill. Those were the only changes made, but this was a fabulous meal and I already have requests to make this chicken again :)

Easy Weeknight Bacon Mac 'n Cheese

Reviewed: Sep. 7, 2012
This turned out really well! I followed the recipe to a T, except I used radiatore pasta. This is a creamier mac and cheese and the progresso recipe starter adds a lot of flavor to the dish. No real need to season it. I admit I was hesitant when I poured the mac and cheese into my baking dish as it was very runny. It thickens up during the baking time and comes out nice! The whole family loved it and I will make it again! *Disclosure: The information and free Progresso Recipe Starters products were provided by Progresso through the Allrecipes Brand Ambassadors Program.

Kalua Pig in a Slow Cooker

Reviewed: Sep. 7, 2012
I'd give this 10 stars of I could! Could not be any simpler, but it has so much flavor! It smelled like I was slow cooking bacon all day, definitely had the family drooling by dinner time! A keeper!

Best Ever Chocolate Chip Cookies II

Reviewed: Sep. 6, 2012
These cookies were sooo good! They were nice and crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside! I cut the recipe in half since we wouldn't eat all of them and added a half teaspoon of vanilla. No other changes made! This is my new go to!

This was a hit at our house! Very easy to put together and very flavorful! I think next time I would make a little extra sauce to dip in, but no changes other than that!

Alyson's Broccoli Salad

Reviewed: Sep. 4, 2012
I love this salad! Such a nice change for a broccoli side dish. I forgot to add the raisins, but we didn't miss them. I also subbed white balsamic vinegar and added a tsp of garlic salt. Very yummy!

Potatoes Supreme

Reviewed: Aug. 14, 2012
These were pretty good, the longer they sat the better they got. I did add about 3 cloves roasted garlic, we love garlic! This went very well with roasted chicken and broccoli.

Rolo®-Filled Chocolate Cookies

Reviewed: Aug. 14, 2012
These were absolutely delicious!!! The only thing I changed about this recipe was that I didn't roll in sugar just before baking (forgot). We certainly didn't miss it though! These are soooo gooey just out of the oven, but are just as yummy at room temperature. I will definitely be putting these on my Christmas cookie list this year!

Pepperoncini Beef

Reviewed: Aug. 13, 2012
We loved this!!! I added some chopped onion in with the peppers. We shredded the beef and put on rolls, sprinkled shredded Italian cheeses on top, and put in the oven for a few minutes to melt. We were pleasantly surprised by the slight sweetness from the peppers. This meal couldn't be easier or tastier!

Cheese Dip with Beer

This was really good. I made this for a St. Patrick's Day party and put the dip in a mini crock pot. Did not use the bread bowl and used Guinness for the beer. I really liked dipping with potato chips :)
