We loved this side dish! There was a lot of flavor and would make a great side to a holiday meal. I did make these ahead and kept them warm in the oven like recommended. This will definitely be made again!

This was a great twist on mashed potatoes! I wouldn't change a thing. Nice to have a change on regular mashed potatoes.

Italian Beer Marinated Chicken

Reviewed: Feb. 28, 2013
This is a great marinade! Always have these ingredients on hand. I would give it 5 stars, except I feel like the chicken needs to be seasoned before going on the grill. The beer flavor was subtle, but there. I will use this marinade again, but definitely add at least some salt and pepper to the chicken.

Wanda's Chicken Noodle Bake

Reviewed: Feb. 28, 2013
This was such a comforting dish! Very quick and easy! I made this for my sick boyfriend and he loved it, so did I! I baked half and froze the other half for a quick dinner one night. This tastes like a thick home made chicken noodle soup casserole! We will be making this one again!

Oh my was this good! Very simple, love that I could use my crockpot. I did add some chopped carrots and celery and a little Turkish seasoning that I have. The whole family loved this, even my 7 year old son! Leftovers were great for lunch the next day. We will be making this one again!

Grands!® Mini Pizzas

Reviewed: Feb. 15, 2013
Yum! Such a great quick recipe! I used the mini turkey pepperonis- very cute! This is great for the kids or a great lunch on the quick! I also did a couple pizzas with ranch as the sauce, mozzarella, roast chicken, and bacon. There are so many options. Will be making this again!!!

These were simple to make and very tasty! I am a taco purist and like a corn shell or corn tortilla, but I would definitely make these (maybe smaller) for a party appetizer!

Mema's Corn Fritters

Reviewed: Jan. 22, 2013
These are really good! It made a batch of 8 silver dollar sized fritters. I made a few just as the recipe stated and then the rest I added some chopped jalapenos (2 tbsp for half of the batter) I liked the spicier ones better!

Cream of Broccoli Soup V

Reviewed: Jan. 22, 2013
This was really good! Very chunky- I think next time I may put half of it in the blender to make a creamier soup. I would also add some garlic cloves, but that's just a personal taste :)

Michelle's Blonde Chicken Chili

Reviewed: Jan. 22, 2013
This was soooo tasty! I could have kept eating it until it was all gone! I did like another person said and added the ingredients to a slow cooker for 3 hours on low. (My chicken was already cooked and shredded.) We topped our soup with sour cream, cheese, and cilantro. Served with cornbread on the side. Fantastic meal!

Amish Picnic Macaroni Salad

Reviewed: Jan. 9, 2013
This was just way too sweet! I was lucky to be able to drain the pasta in a colander and most of the sugary dressing came off. I ended up adding a little more mayonnaise and some white vinegar to balance out the overly sweet taste. Sorry, this just didn't work for us :(

This was a nice side dish to a very rich chicken recipe that I made. I did have to add a touch of salt to the rice since I used low sodium broth. Will be making this again!

Butterscotch Haystacks

Reviewed: Dec. 21, 2012
These were fun to make! Very sweet too! I made mine a little larger than the recipe states, but wish I hadn't since they're too sweet to eat a big haystack. I will make this recipe again, I think they'd be cute around Easter time!

Dark Chocolate Cherry Fudge

Reviewed: Dec. 21, 2012
This was pretty good fudge on its own (I don't like cherries) With the cherries, though my family loved them! This was pretty easy to whip up a batch and I like that it's a pretty dessert that can be made ahead.
