This was fantastic!!! The whole family devoured this! It was a nice and easy side dish for some grilled chicken. This would be great spruced up with some sauteed veggies, but it wonderful as is. Will be adding this to our menu frequently :)

Grilled Caribbean Chicken

We really liked this! The mango chutney was a little hard to find- but this was a great marinade! Would do this again for a nice tropical meal.

Slow Cooker BBQ Chicken

This was really good! I think next time I will double the sauce as the chicken was a bit dry. We added a little store bought bbq sauce on our buns, lettuce, thin sliced onions, and pickles. Easy dinner with some corn on the cob and baked beans :)

Fried Mozzarella Cheese Sticks

Delicious! Made a huge batch and froze half to pop in the oven for later! Everyone loved these- the cheese was extra creamy and the breading was nice and light and crispy! This is a keeper!

Onion Pasta

Soooo good! Very simple to make but so tasty! I added a clove of chopped garlic towards the end and some red chili flakes (sparingly). Will definitely be making this one again!

Mexican Grilled Chicken

This is a really good recipe! The only thing I would change next time is to add a little more taco seasoning on the chicken. These came out nice and juicy and made for great leftovers in a wrap the next day!

Starr's Savory Meatballs

As an Allrecipe's Allstar, I was given a challenge to replace ground beef in a favorite recipe with Johnsonville brand sausage. I swapped ground mild Italian Johnsoville sausage and it was quite a success! These meatballs were crispy on the outside and very moist, juicy, and full of flavor on the inside! This was such a simple swap that imparted some new flavor into a favorite recipe, I will definitely try this again!

Johnsonville Easy Sausage Pizza

We loved this pizza! Very quick to throw together for a Friday night! I love that the sausage cooked in the oven instead of precooking on the stove before adding to the pizza. This is a great flavorful, quick recipe that uses ingredients I normally have on hand!

Johnsonville Italian Sausage Rigatoni

This was a hit at my house! My family demolished this dish! I removed the sausage from casing and crumbled to cook in a skillet. The only other change I made was using a green bell pepper instead of a red. Will definitely make this one again!

Spicy Sausage Pasta Alfredo

This dish was really good! My son love it, even brought the leftovers for lunch the next day! The only changes I made were adding some diced onion and I removed the sausage from the casing and crumbled to cook in a skillet. We will make this dish again!

Mouse's Macaroni and Cheese

This was a really nice, creamy mac and cheese! It's not heavy on any seasonings, so if you like that, add to your taste preference. This was just a really creamy macaroni and cheese and easy to prepare. I will be using this recipe again!

Dark Guinness® Brownies

These brownies were outstanding! Everyone at our family get together was raving about them! The texture is not that of a traditional brownie- they were very light and silky, almost mousse like. I think the beer cut down on the sugar as these weren't overly sweet, just a nice balance of sweetness. I will definitely be making these again!!!

Beer Biscuits

These were really good, but a bit dry. Nothing some butter or honey can't fix though! I'm not sure how to remedy the moisture in the biscuit dough though. My biscuits were about 2 inches round and took 6 minutes. Will make these again though, the flavor was fantastic! I used a dark Irish stout and the beer is very subtle in this biscuit.
