Best Spinach Dip Ever

My husband fell in love with these. He is a fruit fanatic. I couldn't find orange-mango juice so I used mango-peach. It was terrific. I took a picture after I had drank some. I just couldn't wait. It was just what i needed after a 30 minute run.

Pizza Dough III

I make artisan pizza and flatbead ahead of time and keep in my refrigerator for up to 2 weeks to make pizza. This dough is very good in comparison. And I love how quick it was to make. I knew to add more flour right away, and used almost 1/12 more cups. I used fresh mozz. and asiago cheese, fresh mushrooms and pepperoni. I also noticed that this a good crust to stuff with cheese if you want. Thanks so much for posting!

Oyster Stew

I just got some some fresh oysters from the Chesapeake Bay, and I fried some of them last night, but needed this recipe to use the rest of them. Great tasting soup (stew). I don't know what any other oyster would taste like in this recipe, but I got the best oysters I ever had, NO RIVER oysters, straight the bay.Thnaks so posting!

Cheesy Zucchini Casserole I

Double Chocolate Pie

Red Enchilada Sauce

I made this with my canned tomato sauce from my 2010's garden. And I used fresh herbs and spices. I cooked it on low for about 30 minutes, It was already thick because I make my tomato sauce thick. It was great! And I needed something quick because I was making chicken enchiladas and I did not want to go to the store. Thanks for posting

Basic Chicken Salad

Im not sure if I rated this before, but this is really good. I added some lemon peel to this and its so funny, because I have so many chicken eggs now . Anyway a wonderful recipe. And raise chickens if you can. the eggs are so fresh.

Baked Swiss Chicken

This is the second time this week I have made this, the first time with broth and now with wine, both are great, but the secret is... instead of using croutons, I used pankko bread crumbs. It was like a great tasting topping that was better than the chicken. It was so awesome. You can get them almost everywhere. Please try this!

Meatloaf With A Bite

I love meatloaf with salsa. I can my own from vegetables in my garden, then in the winter use the salsa in my garden meatloaf on this site. It tastes so fresh! Thanks for the idea with the monterey jack cheese! VERY GOOD!

Swiss Chicken

This was so great tasting! I didn't have any breadcrumbs, so I made my own with french bread and italian seasonings. Then after I baked the chicken, I used my convectional oven and browned it real good. It was beautiful as well as , as my husband said, :This is a 4 star hotel recipe".

Barbie's Tuna Salad

I love tuna salad! I make mine so different, but this was real good and different, I didn't use onions flakes, I chopped red onion instead and used fresh parsley and my own canned green pepper relish. It was so good. Thanks for posting, I never would have thought to put these ingredients in tuna salad.
