This recipe has the best batter and chicken texture. I didn't have Self Rising Flour, so I used All purpose Flour and 3-1/2 tsp baking powder. After failing at several sauce recipes I realized it was because I was using regular vinegar as alot of other recipes use red wine vinegar. What a difference that made! I also added 2 cubes chicken boullion next time I'll try 3. 2 tsp ginger and I omitted the pepper. Very Very good, got rave reviews from the fam! Some of the other recipes added lemon juice and ketshup. I'll stick with this recipe though, why mess with perfection. It goes great with fried rice. Why go to the restaurant when you can make it at home better?!
