Doggie Biscuits I

These are excellent doggie biscuits. I think rather than following the water, you should focus on the as needed part. Mine took more than 1/2 cups, but no more than 3/4. Thanks for sharing!

Flatlander Chili

I made this exactly like the recipe said but used 3 lbs of ground beef, so it was a pretty thick chili. Terrific. I thought it would just be okay, but it came out great! Thanks!

Super-Simple, Super-Spicy Mongolian Beef

This is amazingly good and easy to make! I only had chili sesame oil, so I used that and omitted the red pepper flakes and it came out great! No leftovers in sight!

Fish Tacos

This is incredibly good! My boyfriend and I almost ate all the servings! Thank you very much for the recipe. The sauce is out of this world. And the batter is great even for Fish and Chips recipe. I followed the recipe, but replaced the Cod with Tilapia (it's cheaper and more available here in the West Coast).

Wienerschnitzel

This rivals my Austrian friend's Wienerschnitzel! I love it. I did try it with thin pork chops and it was fabulous. Did the recipe exactly except for that. I don't doubt that veal would be excellent. Will try that soon. Thanks for the recipe!

Famous Butter Chicken

Not fancy or amazing at all, but a nice dinner when you don't have much time in your hands. I put less butter per other's suggestions, and it was still plenty.

Corned Beef and Cabbage

Bacon Cheddar Deviled Eggs

I've made this about three times now and everytime, they are gone as soon as I put them on the table! It's definitely not healthy unless you're in a low carb diet, but it's sooooo good!

This is good but I think next time I would double the garlic and shallots and use regular butter. I also added a dash of red pepper flakes and it gave it that extra special kick. Thanks for posting!

Pork Tenderloin with Dijon Marsala Sauce

Very Very Very Good! I did the recipe EXACTLY as written. I don't think it needs mushroom, it is delicious and perfect as is. I would try mushroom and see the difference in the future.

Chicken and Asparagus Fettuccine

It was good. I cooked it as written, but used real garlic instead of garlic powder. It was a good idea to cook the asparagus with the pasta at the end of cooking. It came out perfectly. I think next time I would take the suggestions and add lemon, white wine, and mushroom.

Tourtiere (Meat Pie)

This was very good! I did the recipe exactly as written and it came out perfectly. I used a roll out premade crust. I've seen this recipe with Paprika and I'll probably add that next time. Otherwise, the mincing was the hardest thing. I'll definitely use my food processor next time.

Very good recipe. It's a good recipe that lends itself to experimenting with different types of cheeses. I've done the recipe as is and it came out good. Best quiche I came out with is using this recipe and using gruyere cheese which took this way off the charts!
