Best Toffee Ever - Super Easy
Super easy! 1st time making it and I got to impress my hubby again! :) Butter-Sugar-Salt & stir frequently (not constantly) until the mixture turns a nice brownish color (I was thinking cookie dough color). Line a jelly roll pan (9x13) with parchment and poor in the mixture and spread evenly. Top with chocolate chips and let them melt a minute or so and then add your nuts. Gently pat the nuts/chips into the mixture and chill in the fridge for at least an hour! So easy! Can't believe I pay like $20 for this at the chocolate stores. Oh, and I used chopped macadamia nuts - YUM-E!!!!

Homemade Butter
1st time making butter and it came out YUM-E! I used my beautiful 13 cup Kitchenaid food procesor (christmas/birthday gift) with the multi-task blade and in about 5 minutes the cream had separated. I used a small piece of cheesecloth to strain and impressed my husband. :) (:

Peppermint Patty I
I never knew my drink had a name but we drink these every Holiday season starting as soon as it gets cold outside. Hubby and I also enjoy it on our hot cocoa nights with our daughters. Super easy to make and I suggest using milk to make the cocoa not water.
