Grilled Bacon Jalapeno Wraps

Reviewed: May 27, 2014
Love these! I do not wrap bacon around them to messy and way to much work. I half cook the bacon and cut off most of the fat a lay on top of the broiled jalapeño and cream cheese then pop them under the broiler for another minute or two.

Ham and Cheese Puffs 2

Reviewed: Mar. 15, 2012
These were delicious and so easy to make. I made the for a meeting at work so I 4x the recipe and they got gobbled up! I would suggest to up the filling by at least half ,cut back on the onion and take in consideration the crescent roles only come 8 to a roll so you only get 16 mini muffins. They are much better cold also, so makes for a great appetizer.

Cheese Ball I

Reviewed: Mar. 15, 2013
This is a great recipe! Always getting requests to bring this to any type of get togethers. I use half of the ranch otherwise the ranch overpowers the cheese. It makes 2 good size balls or 1 huge ball. Breaking it into two you can change it up with 1 rolled with the pecans and one with bacon bits etc. very versatile.

Pecan Sandies

Reviewed: Apr. 13, 2013
These are very good! Makes a ton of cookies. The only thing I changed was 1/2 c white sugar and 1/2 cup brown sugar as others had suggested. I would advise refrigerating dough in between batches the cookies seem to firm up better. I used a melon baller to scoop the batter, a lot less mess that way

Onion Roasted Sweet Potatoes

Reviewed: Jun. 26, 2013
This is a wonderful recipe, used olive oil instead of vegetable oil. For those having issues with burnt onion flakes cover loosely with aluminum foil halfway through. Cooking times will vary depending on the size of your chunks, test with fork until desired doneness.

Cut the chicken and pasta in half for the two of us, sautéed garlic, added onion and asparagus spears cut up, when soft added chicken till almost cooked through, transferred to a convention oven. Continued to make sauce until thickened, used smart balance milk and added cornstarch to thicken the sauce also added more pesto to taste. Hubby said to add it to the rotation that says alot!
