Baked Denver Omelet
I made this a little differently than the recipe reads. I microwaved some frozen spinach, squeezed out the water, and made 6 slices of bacon and chopped it up. I mixed the 8 eggs, 1/2 cup milk, spinach, bacon and about 1 cup of shredded Mexican cheese. I poured it into a buttered 9" cake pan. 400 oven for 25 minutes. Turned upside down on a plate it slid right out. It was tasty but dry. Next time I'll add more milk. It was really easy and next time it will be 5 stars.

Hungarian Goulash II
My husband told me to make sure I add a review and mark it 5 stars. He loved it. I made it for company and it was a big hit. It was made exactly as written and served over buttered egg noodles. Great recipe I'll be making many times.

Savory Chicken Breasts
This was excellent! My husband and his 91 year old Dad loved it. I'll definitely be making it again. I loaded shredded Cheddar and Mexican cheese onto each breast. I had mixed cream of mushroom and cream of chicken soups and poured it over the chicken. Sprinkled lots of bread crumbs and drizzled melted butter over everything and it was the most delicious and tender we have had in a long time. No knives needed. This is definitely a recipe we will be making over and over.
