Reviewed: Aug. 2, 2009
This was great! I served it at church for a special speaker and everyone raved about it. The speaker's wife actually asked for the recipe.

Mexican Pizza II

Reviewed: Jul. 6, 2009
I bake my tortillas in the oven first, then pour on some red enchilada sauce, them the middles, then other tortilla, then more red sauce, then cheese, then bake for 10 minutes more, then add all the rest of the toppings...OMGosh, this is one of my families favorite.

Grilled Buffalo Wings

Reviewed: Jun. 30, 2009
If I could give this 10 stars, I would, all my husband could say was "these are awesome", "man these are awesome". My husband and I went on a vacation to the mountains and I grilled these for us...it was way easier than I thought it would be. I set a timer for 5 minutes and instead of flipping, I put them into the pot of sauce for 5 minutes, then took them out and turned them on the other side...you get the picture. I will be making these again.

Dump Cake II

Reviewed: Jun. 29, 2009
I love this recipe. I am sorry, I do mine a little bit different, I melt my butter and stir it in. I use the pineapple juice in the butter mixture. Then I smear it on top of the fruit and cook it for about 35 minutes or until it is lightly browned and nice and bubbly.

Grandma's English Muffin Bread

Reviewed: Jun. 12, 2009
I love this bread. I make it all of the time. It is the only bread that my kids like that I bake. There is one thing; I do however just half the bread equally and put it in two bread pans of equal size.

Buffalo Style Chicken Pizza

Reviewed: May 12, 2009
I used Franks red hot for wings on this and OMG was it good. I served it with ranch on the side. My family does not like blue cheese. My oven recently died, but my kids love pizza so I used my Rival Roaster Oven @ 425 for 20-25 Minutes. I always par bake my dough for about 8-10 Minutes first, then just bake the rest of the time allotted. I also warm some garlic in olive oil and Italian seasoning and brush it around the edge of the pizza.

Easy Weeknight Tuna Pot Pie

Reviewed: May 12, 2009
My hubby loved this. He loved the addition of the onion flavor. I cooked the onion in the butter, but took them out before I put the rest of the stuff in. Shame on me, I did add noodles too, but they were whole wheat. It's how we love it, so I had to. I only used frozen peas, too, that is how my mom always made them.

Pollo Fajitas

Reviewed: May 12, 2009
These were really good right out of the pan and steaming hot. I served them on a king sized corn tortilla with Terry's Texas Pinto Beans. Yummy! I only used bell peppers because my eldest son is alergic to onion.

Two Step Creamy Cheesecake

Reviewed: Apr. 11, 2009
I really liked this a whole lot. I took it to a woman's bible study and everybody loved it. I halfed my strawberries and let them sit in sugar while I was making the pie. I made my own graham crack pie crust and used 2 8 ounce packs of cream cheese. I did not add more sugar it was great and easy. I will make this again and again.

This is sooooo good. I made this last night for me and my husband and we both decided that I needed to make a large batch of this and put it in the freezer so that we can blend it up really quick and have quickly.

Vinegar and Egg Crust

Reviewed: Apr. 1, 2009
This is my favorite new crust recipe. I did change it a bit because I like both butter (3/4 cup) and (1/2 cup) shortening. I also added a teaspoon of sugar. I blind baked it @ 450 for 8 min. with weights & then remove the weights for 5 more minutes.

Allie's Delicious Macaroni and Cheese

Reviewed: Mar. 30, 2009
This recipe is great. I make it all of the time. The only thing I do differently is not add the meat and use it for a side dish. My sister-in-law calls me for it constantly too. Now she makes it out of all organic ingredients and they all love it.

Tangy Turkey and Swiss Sandwiches

I loved these. I made them all on my griddle so that they were all done at the same time. I made 8 sammies and I still have sauce leftover.
