omgoodness, this is so good. I didn't add the vinegar or pimento, or dill pickles, or processed cheese. I did add half a packet of ranch, used sweet pickle relish, and diced pepper jack cheese.

OMGoodness, these are so good. I was afraid that they were going to be very time consuming to make, but they weren't at all. They were very easy to make and very easy to eat too. I did that little trick at the end where you put them back in the hot oven that has been turned off and that really made everything come together. I had two bags of frozen wings already separated, the only problem was that they were frozen when I took them out at 5pm to make dinner. I filled the bags halfway with water and defrosted them in the sink...even with this inconvenience, dinner was ready by 7pm. I served them with a mixed green salad and rice. Everybody loved this meal. It is going in my regular rotation.

Butterscotch Oatmeal

Yummy! This is so good. I was worried about the milk to oatmeal ratio, but this is really good. I did add cinnamon, cloves, and ginger to the end result. Yum! *UPDATE* I made this for breakfast this morning. I added a small, diced apple a handful of craisins, cinnamon, a dash of cardamon and vanilla right before i served it. OMGosh, it was so amazing!

We love this chicken. I make it regularly. I sometimes add poultry seasoning to the mix. Tonight, I am subbing panko bread crumbs for the cheese. Just don't have it and don't want to go to the store.

Jelly Cookies

I've made these several times. I turn them into peanut butter and jelly cookies by subbing half of the butter for peanut butter and I use blackberry or boysenberry jelly. They are the best!

Emily's Famous Hash Browns

Wow, these were so good. This is the only way to make hash browns. I used very little oil in the bottom of my electric skillet set to 400. I made them for breakfast for dinner the other night when my brother and his family came over and these were a big hit! I used a 20 oz package of Simply Potatoes Southwest Style Hash Browns along with a cup of leftover Simply Potatoes Shredded Hash Browns and didn't change a thing after that.

Sweet Potato Casserole IV

I made this from three fresh sweet potatoes. I roasted them with olive oil, salt, pepper, white sugar and some allspice @ 425 for about 30 Minutes. Roasting sweet potatoes this way was good enough to eat. I think I am going to make these for a special dinner for my anniversary...I'll let you know how it goes.

Not Yo' Mama's Banana Pudding Recipe : Paula Deen : Food Network

This is so so yummy! I made it for my son for his 17th birthday. His cousin; who doesn't like bananas, ate most of hers until she actually go one in her mouth. I use a banana pudding and a cheesecake pudding...no added milk. It is so amazing.

Penne with Chicken and Asparagus

This was really good. I added a cup of onion that I had already had chopped in the fridge before I cooked the chicken. Seasoned it with Paula Deans House Seasoning, then just added everything else. Oh I did add 3 ladles of the pasta water, a tablespoon of chicken bouillon then finished with the cheese and a couple of splashes of cream. Yummy! Sorry didn't mean to change it so drastically.
