I am a personal chef. I am retired from the Army after 24 years. When I moved to the community in 2004 I spent several months observing the local restaurant scene and compared what was available here to the rest of the world that I traveled. It became clear that the overall number of restaurants was way out of proportion and only a few of our local establishments could be considered as fine dining. Sadly, this area is inundated with chain after chain where poor quality and limited service are an unfortunate norm. After I was asked to prepare a special Valentines dinner by a friend who knew of my culinary background it became very clear what the next move was and Accents' was born. The name suggests a broad selection of cuisine from all over the world.
