Awesome recipe! They came out completely mouth watering and fluffy! I only had regular soy milk on hand, added 1tsp of vanilla and cinnamon! These were fantastic!!!

really tasty recipe! i altered a little a bit for it to be healthier. i substituted half the white sugar for splenda and the other half regular. Added 2 heaping tbsp. of wheat bran. Subbed half of the white flour for whole wheat. 1 tbsp. of nutmeg, 1 tbsp of cinnamon and 1 tsp of vanilla. came of perfectly, a little chewy and still moist! thanks for the great recipe again!

White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Cookies II

Reviewed: Feb. 10, 2010
what a delicious cookie! i did make a few alterations though, i used 2/3c splenda white sugar, and then 2/3c of brown sugar. i found that the nuts already had enough salt on them so i omitted the salt as well. other than that they perfectly rose to a golden brown, thanks for the great recipe!

Easy OREO Truffles

Reviewed: Feb. 10, 2010
these are really simple and delicious. next time though i will only crush 4 or 5 Oreos for the topping, because i was left with way to much topping. but that is okay my boyfriend will use is for an ice cream topping! other than that my friends loved them, will be using this recipe as an addition to my Christmas cookie collection. thanks for the great recipe!!

Thumbprint Cookies I

Reviewed: Dec. 19, 2009
this is a good version of a thumbprint cookie but i did make some of my own alterations. i added a 1/4c extra of brown sugar and a 1/4c of quick oats. i also didn't roll it in the walnuts (since we are not fans of walnuts). the cookie also needed 13 mins extra of baking time after the first 5 mins. other than that delicious!!!

Stuffed Sole

Reviewed: Nov. 10, 2009
this was a fairly good recipe. i followed it exactly but used lime juice instead of lemon because i was out. the stuffing came out with a little too much of it, but i just added it to the sides of the fish in the pan. make sure you chop up your broccoli. next time i will also add more cheese. after it was done baking i sprinkled some garlic powder and paprika on top. defiantly helped out the flavor.

really good, found it a little to watery though. So in the last 1/2 hour of simmering i added 1 cup of minute white rice, and the it turned into more on a chili. i also didnt add the 1/4 cup of chili powder because i didnt have any. still was very tasty!
