Used 1% milk for coconut milk, left out optional cayenne, used only 1/4 tsp of paprika and the nutmeg. Sauteed the garlic with the onion. Recipe took about 1 can of 100% pumpkin puree. 3 servings about 110 calories each and about 5 grams of fiber.
