My first roast chicken. Stuffed with lemon husks and garlic and onion as suggested by reviewers. Rosemary and garlic powder under the skin. Squeezed lemon juice over chicken, salt and peppered the outside. Based it several times over 3 hrs (5 lb bird) with veggies added in the last hour or so.
