Boilermaker Tailgate Chili
THE VERY BEST! It looked way too spicy though. I used a little bit of carribean hot sauce instead of Tabasco sauce. Took out the celery and beer, used kidney beans instead of chili beans in spicy sauces. (couldn't find those anywhere.) I used ground buffalo instead of ground beef chuck, didn't put any sausage. I omitted the bacon too. 1/4 cup of chili powder is way to much. I used 1 teaspoon. I used a jalepeno instead of a chile pepper. I've made it a lot of times without those things (omitted sugar too), and I will continue to make it that way. Thanks!!! P.S. Did you mean to say 1/4 CUP chili powder?

Gingerbread Cookies II
There isn't enuff ginger. I put 2 teaspoons instead of 1. They don't need to be in the fridge for 3 hours. 30 minutes worked well. They are good with sugar cookie icing that DRIES. They aren't always the amount you want. 24 doesnt make 24 cookies. It says 3/8 of an egg. You can do 1 of 2 things: mix it in a bowl and use half or use just the whites. Both are good. Ive made these at least 5 times. They're great! (with some changes) ps. I use butter instead of shortening. Still works great!

Easy Platz (Coffee Cake)
I used only 1 stick of butter (I don't have margarine) instead of a stick and a sixth, and I also used only 1 cup of sugar. There was a bit too much topping, so next time I would make a little less of it. Maybe 3/4 of each ingredient. The berries made the batter mushy, and I also used the wrong kind of pan. I used a ceramic pan instead of a metal one. It was also 10x7 instead of 9x9. It is harder for the heat to get thru the ceramic so th middle was almost completely uncooked. If you eat it cold, it's too buttery, but when you heat it up, it tastes less buttery. I probably won't make this again. :( my suggestion is DON'T USE A CERAMIC POT TO COOK THE CAKE!!!
