I've made many of pizza dough at culinary school and this recipe works just as well as those. If you find yourself with a sticky dough just add a little more flour until it is workable. Don't use less water. It needs all of the yeast. It was quick and easy.

First off I want to say I am a professional baker and I'm always looking out for different recipes. I really wanted Chocolate Chip Cookies tonight so I looked some different ones up and decided on this one. I still can't decide if these are the best Chocolate Chip Cookies I have ever had. I can say that they are absolutely delicious and would make them again and again. I did not put the batter in the refrigerator for the first batch and they turned out great. They weren't flat at all like some had claimed. I did refrigerate the second batch and they came out equally good. This is a very well put together recipe. They are chewy but with the right amount of Crunch to it just the way I like it. I did have them in about 15 minutes. Very easy and quick recipe I will have added to my dessert bible. Yeah I'd say that these are pretty good cookies. Except for using Butter flavored Shortening. (why would you use shortening in this recipe?) and the Mexican Vanilla instead of regular vanilla. This is the exact same recipe as Nestle Toll House. So I give this a zero rating (even though I had posted 1) since they are only slightly altered from an already Famous Cookie Recipe. If I could give a zero I would.
