Aw-some Cole Slaw
Really good! It tastes just like KFC if that's what you're looking for. The cabbage DOES need to be cut very small as others suggested. I've never cut up a head of cabbage for coleslaw before and found it to be very tedious so I left my pieces a bit larger... would have been better cut small. After I made this I remembered my mother using the blender to cut up cabbage for her coleslaw (way back when,) so I might try that. This was really good but I'm still looking for my perfect coleslaw recipe (I would make this again however.) Thanks for the post!

Restaurant-Style Tequila Lime Chicken
I made this last night and consider it one of the best recipes I've found on this site. Don't cut the liquid smoke and maybe add a tad more!! I also added a full tsp of the tequila which I think added quite a bit of flavor and evened out the taste of the lime. Otherwise I didn't alter this at all. I wouldn't marinate it over 2 hours with the acidity of the lime which can break down the chicken (it was already breaking down at 2 hours.) I had to broil my chicken since it started storming wildly and it was still the most tasty marinated meat I've had in a long time! Oh, and I did not make the ranch sauce from scratch (which is probably delicious,) and instead mixed ranch dressing with salsa (the real star here is the chicken so it didn't matter.) I can't wait to get it on the grill. Thanks for the recipe!

Curried Honey Mustard Chicken
Really good! Based on the reviews, I substituted olive oil for 1/2 of the butter and used half of the amount of honey. I'd probably bump up the curry next time (I got REALLY tired of curry in the 90's...nice to try again!) I marinated the chicken for about 1/2 of a day. We grilled ours and it turned out great!
