Cajun Chicken

Wow this was good! I don't give five star ratings that often but this chicken was moist and the flavor was excellent! It did not really taste Cajun to me (I might take someone's suggestion and add a little Cayenne,) however this recipe is perfect as is! So, so easy as well! Thank you!

Smoky Grilled Pork Chops

I made this exactly as directed and it was just ok for us. I used thick pork chops as recommended. The paste was a little awkward to spread and to keep on. The photo makes the chops appear moist with the promise of a deep smoky flavored piece of meat which did not deliver as promised. It was still good but did not live up to what I thought.

Easy Cornish Hens

I made this as directed and it came out moist and really good but it was really no better than buying a baked rotisserie chicken at the grocery. It was way more expensive as well.
