Sausage and Egg Casserole

Not a bad egg and sausage casserole however I wish I had put some veggies like onion, garlic, and maybe spinach to give it more variety. I would also recommend using breakfast sausage with herb seasoning for better flavor. Also, if using a deep glass baking dish adjust cooking time accordingly. I added 30 more minutes. I might use a 7x11 next time.

Easy Meatloaf

Great tasting meatloaf! There are a few things I kind of tweaked in this recipe though, (1) use seasoned breadcrumbs for more flavor, (2) after 1 hr is up remove excess liquid in loaf pan and use meat thermometer to check temp (160 for medium). If the temp is too low place back in the oven and change temp to 375. Take out after 30 mins or once internal temp reaches 160. You shouldn't see a mushy loaf by then. Good luck fellow cooks!!
