Cauliflower and Broccoli Bake
This was the first time I had made a cheese sauce. I was really nervous, I always seem to have bad luck with trying to thicken sauces. This was incredible! What an awesome recipe! I didn't use mustard because I didn't have any. I had to use marble cheese, because that's all I had. Next time I'd use a sharper cheese, just because my own personal taste likes a strong cheese flavour. This will definitely be part of Christmas dinner!

Scott Hibb's Amazing Whisky Grilled Baby Back Ribs
These were incredible!! I think next time I'll bake them for 2 hours, I found these burned quite quickly on the grill (without the sauce). The sauce was wonderful!! I did my big grocery shop, and forgot to buy tomato paste. I had to improvise with ketchup. Next time I'll try it the way I'm supposed to. I also want to say that someone said that liquid smoke should not be used. I disagree. The liquid smoke enhances the flavour, it doesn't overpower it. These were excellent, I would not change one single ingredient! I'm very much looking forward to making these again. My husband has said that I have found the perfect way to make ribs.

Bacon Wrapped Water Chestnuts III
These were fantastic. My brother in law, who is as picky as 5 year old gobbled these up. I think he ate half!
