Great recipe. I've been looking for a buttermilk oatmeal muffin recipe for quite some time. I made 3 differnet batches of these muffins. I added pumpkin pie spice to all but in batch had pieces of apple, raisins in the 2nd, and chocolate chips in the 3rd.

Traditional Chicken Curry

I've tried this recipe twice so far and really enjoy it. Although I didn't follow the tips of the previous reviewer, I will keep them in mind when making it again.

Easter Eggs

My family really enjoyed these. I had my son & nephew making them and they had a great time. A definite must for every Easter. I added some rice krispies to 1/2 the peanut batch - turned out real well.

Chicken and Shrimp Linguine

My family really enjoyed this recipe. I had to make a few changes (chicken stock for the wine) and no shrimp, but it was excellent. I would use less pasta next time as I had to add more cream so it would not be so dry.
