Best Brownies

These are really delicious brownies that are the perfect consistency and flavor. Not too fudgey, not too sugary. (I didn't make the frosting since I don't care for frosting on brownies). The recipe doesn't make much batter at all though. I only got about 5 brownies out of it. I would recommend doubling it, unless you're on a diet and trying to limit your sweets! Also a side note, let the saucepan cool for a bit before adding the eggs so you don't end up accidentally frying the eggs.

Easy Sugar Cookies

This recipe turned out GREAT. I've not had much luck with several sugar cookie recipes, but these are great. I used margarine instead of butter and heated it in the microwave for 30 seconds until it was gooey and melty but not liquidy. The cookies were just the right consistency, very soft and moist. Very yummy!

Simple White Cake

This recipe was very bland and floury. The first time I made it I followed the recipe to the letter and thought it was really tasteless. The second time I made it I did 1 cup of flour, 1 tablespoon of vanilla, 3/4 cup of milk and doubled the sugar. It turned out much better that way.

Delicious Vegan Hot Chocolate

This recipe is perfect! Requires no tweeking. Super tasty. I prefer to use almond milk as it's the sweetest, but also use rice milk. (I'm not a fan of soy milk).

Extreme Chocolate Cake

This is probably the best chocolate cake ever. It's so rich and moist, but not overly rich and not too sweet. For the frosting I only used 1/2 cup of cocoa powder and 1 1/2 cups of confectioners' sugar because I don't like a super sweet frosting. I've made this recipe 3 times and each time it turned out fantastic.
