Blueberry Coffee Cake I

Reviewed: Apr. 1, 2007
i have made this for a few brunches now and it is always a hit. i have shared the recipe and people love it. I took others advice and spead half of the topping in the middle. I tried this with canned cherries - not good. I use canned blueberries and it is really great.

Quiche Lorraine I

Reviewed: Nov. 11, 2006
make sure to make all of the changes that others have made - this was simple and VERY good. this overfills the pan so make sure to have a tray underneath so that you don't end up with a mess. I used a frozen pie crust that was already in a tin and it tasted great.

French Silk Chocolate Pie II

Reviewed: Nov. 1, 2004
this was absolutely wonderful - everyone raved about it even though it ended up a little too soupy for me. I DID whip it for 5 minutes after each egg and I ended up with it turning to soup after the third egg. I will try it again.

New York Cheesecake I

Reviewed: Jan. 25, 2004
This was absolutely wonderful. The only change that I made was using 2 cups of crumbs for the crust and doubled the butter. This is definitely a "New York style" cheesecake. It was a hit for everyone that ate it

Lobster Bisque

Reviewed: Nov. 2, 2003
This recipe was phenomenal with the little changes that everyone had put in previously: 4 tablesppons butter 4 tablespoons flour - makes it thicker 1/2 cup milk, 1/2 cup half and half, 1 cup heavy cream - this makes the recipe creamier 1/4 tsp parsley 1/4 tsp garlic powder 1 tablespoon worcestershire 1/2 tsp cayenne this was yummy but if you don't like a bite leave out the cayenne because it gives it a lot of kick
