About this Cook
I have heard it said that Chef's never frequent these type of online sites. that however is not true. I find the best recipes come from others. I always loved to cook even as a young child. I have a wonderful husband who lets me experiment on food all the time. He is brave and taste everything. I must be doing something right he is still around.. :)
My favorite things to cook
I love to cook many different foods but the best has to be pastas. However I also love to bake many different things.
My favorite family cooking traditions
Cooking side by side with my husband..
My cooking triumphs
I won many awards with some recipes that I have come up with.
My cooking tragedies
This is funny but I was boiling raisins and left them on the stove until it was entirely black. lol

Rich and Simple French Onion Soup
Great basic recipe, good job. The only two things I did different was the add red wine instead of sherry and used a hand held blender to mix the onions. It is a little easier to eat when you mix the onions makes it thicker.

Cheesy Zucchini Casserole I
Found it very tasty with some little tweaks from reading other reviews. Have to say this is a great foundation to make many other recipes. Nice

To Die For Blueberry Muffins
Very good did not add the topping as that all sounded a little to much for me. ( I am sure its good) I however did use turbinado sugar and it was great. I also can not do cow milk so I did almond milk instead.
