Italian Sausage Soup

Reviewed: Jul. 10, 2011
This is one of our favorite soups. I made it the first time for a dinner party and everyone was coming back for more. It's easy to make and doesn't take a lot of time.

Mushroom Stuffing

Reviewed: Nov. 26, 2005
I have made this recipe for the last 3 years and it is always a hit. I've shared the recipe each year with family and friends. I don't measure the bread crumbs but dry 1 loaf of bread, cube it and then double the broth and poultry seasoning. I also use less than a cup of onion and celery. One cup of each is a little too much for us. This year we added portabella mushrooms and it was wonderful. I didn't put the apple in but may have to try it the next time. This is a very good recipe and there are never any leftovers. Thanks for sharing your recipe Christine!

Firecracker Grilled Alaska Salmon

Reviewed: Jan. 14, 2003
My husband can be very hard to cook for. I have to make everything from scratch. He could eat seafood every day of the week but I'm not very confident at cooking fish so I don't make it often enough. He said that this salmon was the best he's ever had. It was very easy to make too. It's definately a keeper and one that I'll make often. My kids loved it too. Thank you for sharing your recipe!

Aunt Teen's Creamy Chocolate Fudge

Reviewed: Jan. 8, 2003
All 4 batches of this recipe turned out great. I never made fudge before but was surprised at how fast and easy it was and delicious. I agree with others that you need to keep it refrigerated. I had everything pre-measured so it was ready to add and I didn't have to stop stirring for very long and chance it burning. I cooked it on medium low the entire time and used a steel pot and it turned out perfect. Thank you for sharing your recipe, it was wonderful!
