Kelsey's Cheesy Bacon Breasts

Reviewed: Apr. 24, 2008
This is by far the best recipe I've used in quite a while. I would recommend that you at least partially cook the bacon. I didn't cook it at all before I put it on the chicken and it was a little under cooked for me. I didn't pre-cook the chicken prior to baking and let me tell you...this is the BEST chicken!! I honestly, cut my chicken breast with a fork!! Very juicy and very moist...EXCELLENT recipe.

Garlic Shrimp Linguine

Love Red Lobster?? This is better than anything I've ever had at Red Lobster!! My husband took one bite and said, "Have you tasted this yet?" I told him no, and kind of looked at him, he exclaimed,"This is delicious!!". My whole family loved it!! Make sure that you triple the sauce amount when feeding more than two people. (and make sure you grab the large bottle of white wine as it goes great with this dinner!!)

Sausage Balls III

Reviewed: May 26, 2007
I used shredded cheese just because it was on hand, and yes they are a little dry, however, when I take them out of the oven, I cover them with sauce then put them back in for a couple of minutes. I've made this recipe several times and have used sweet&sour, chipotle, and bbq...all of my family and friends love it. For now longer than it takes to make this is a very good recipe. Just spice it up a little to your liking!! Thanks for sharing!!

Ground Beef Enchiladas

Reviewed: Jan. 8, 2003
My co-worker and I both fixed this recipe on the same night. She and her husband absolutely LOVED it!! My daughter was watching me fix it and wrinkled her nose at the time. By the time dinner was served, she was asking for seconds!! Even my 3 year old son cleaned his plate!! My husband, who cares very little for any type of Mexican food voiced his approval!! Excellent recipe!!!

I made this for a women only wine tasting/skin care party...served it on croissants. It got rave reviews..however, I thought it could have used a little more flavor. I will play around with my seasoning on the chicken next time. Will definitely make this again. Thanks for the recipe!!!

Penne Pasta with Spinach and Bacon

Reviewed: May 1, 2008
Excellent, simple, and quick!! Just what we like in our active household!! The only thing I did different was to add an entire pound of bacon and since my family is ALL about the cheese I topped this great recipe off with shredded parmesan cheese...DELICIOUS!! Also, instead of using straight olive oil, I used some of our favorite dipping oil for bread. I also added some mushrooms before I put the tomatoes in. The dipping sauce added a nice flavor. Thank you for sharing this recipe!! It is now a household favorite!

Excellent. The only way to make mashed potatoes!!! I followed the advice on leaving the sugar out. Perfect!! Made these for dinner and absolutely NO leftovers. I think we could have made a meal out of these alone!! Thanks for sharing this recipe!
