Orange Cranberry Biscotti

Sooooo Good! I was out of liqueur, so added orange extract, and used toasted walnuts instead of almonds. Excellent texture....but the hero in this is the cinnamon in the background. I really didn't have a problem with the dough being sticky. Damp hands and right onto the parchment lined pan. Do try these. They are great!

Farm Macaroons

Great Recipe! I had a couple of egg whites to use up, and thought I'd give this a try. So glad I did. Made a 1/2 recipe and they are not only picture perfect, but the taste is perfection. This is going into my list of favorites. Thanks for posting Juanita

Cherry Pound Cake

Excellent! nice and moist, and good crumb. I did add a bit more almond flavoring, and I followed cookies suggestion regarding the layering of batter and cherries. It ensures a more even distribution of the cherries. I used my bundt pan, and finished it off with a thin glaze. Thanks for posting a great rercipe.

Eggnog Quick Bread

Awesome! This will definitely be in my favorites list. I'm giving this 5 stars, however I must confess that it is rated with the following changes, as per other reviewers suggestions. I added: 1 package Vanilla instant puddding, 5 Tbsp oil (instead of using the melted butter), 1 tsp nutmeg, just 2 Cups flour, 1 1/3 Cups eggnog, 2 Tbsp Rum and 2 tsp Vanilla. I put it into 2 loaf pans and it took 60 mins. Caution: it goes from being wet on the top to being done very quickly. So watch it carefully.

Zucchini Brownies

Awesome Brownies! Thanks Marian for posting a real winner of a recipe. Nobody knew there was zucchini in the brownies until I told them. I confess I didn't follow the recipe exactly. I was short by 1/2 a cup for the zucchini, so I added 1/2 cup of spaghetti squash. Worked out perfectly! Bring on the zucchini!
