Sweet, Sticky and Spicy Chicken
I loved this recipe...and it is the perfect time to try using skinless boneless thighs in place of the breasts. The thighs never ever dry out and have so much more flavor. I did dredge mine in flour and add sriracha for the "kick". This recipe can be switched up in so many ways, thank you it is a winner.

Chicken Breasts with Chipotle Green Onion Gravy
This is a very tasty new way for me to cook yet another chicken. Thank you Chef John. For those of you trying to find the Chipotle, try the ethnic section in your supermarket, Badia makes a great and inexpensive one. In fact, to save money I always check out their spices before paying the crazy high prices in the regular spice isle.

Mom's Turkey Sausage Patties
This is such a great recipe! I know I like a lot of spice so I doubled everything except the salt and added to 2 20 oz packages of ground turkey. The only additional spice I added was fennel seed. I heated 1 tsp. of fennel in a small frying pan for a minute and then crushed the seeds in my coffee grinder. I can taste it in the sausage and it adds just the right touch for me. I cooked all of my sausage up, wrapped them individually and put them in the freezer. I can take them out as needed and throw them in a pan with my morning egg. My patties are big and only 160 calories each, according to the turkey package. It made a total of 10 patties. This sausage was so tasty and very moist. I have been eating turkey sausage for years and actually disliking it the whole time, now it will be something I can enjoy and look forward to! Thank you Ms. A. for getting me going on this one.
