Very disappointed - way too much paprika. Should have read the reviews first. I always use Miracle Whip in place of mayo, and would lightly sprinkle the paprika on top next time, instead of in the recipe.

Carnation® New England Clam Chowder

Very thick and creamy, but very sweet, which could have been due to the red bliss potatoes. I substituted fat-free half & half for the milk, and clam juice for the water. I also doubled the potatoes and sauteed them with the onions, celery and carrots in butter. Also added white pepper, garlic salt, a pinch of celery salt and thyme.

Margarita Cake

Excellent recipe - the cake was a hit at our Cinco de Mayo lunch at work. I added a confectioner's sugar/vanilla glaze two hours before serving.

Andrea's Pasta Fagioli

I've been trying to make a pasta fagiolelike our local Italian restaurant's and this is it! I substituted veggie broth for the water. But I made it with the entire 1lb pasta - soaked up all the sauce, even adding it for only five minutes. I will use 1/3 the next time. Everyone raved about this soup. THANKS!

Beef Stew II

Very good - I added 4 cups of beef broth in place of the water, and also potatoes. The best beef stew I've ever made.

Sweet Potato Pie IV

Seafood Enchiladas

This recipe is very good - sauce was great. I used a colby/monterey jack cheese blend, used the fajita-size tortillas, and added more shrimp. WE loved it, and are going to serve it when company comes to visit.
