All-Day Apple Butter
A family hit! This was my first time making (and tasting) apple butter so I went in blindfolded on this one. I used Figi apples and followed the advice of some other reviews to pop the apples in the food processor to remove any lumps. Cook it until you think it's done...then cook it some more. As long as it's in low you can't burn it and it tastes divine. I spread it on some homemade banana bread and it was heaven :-d

Yay! A simple, straightforward crepe recipe that tastes amazing! I adjusted the recipe for 4 servings instead of 8 and regretted it later - once I tastes these I wanted MORE! (BTW: 4 servings makes two crepes) This time, I made Nutella banana crepes, but I want to try some chicken and mushroom pesto on the next go around. The hubby can't wait!

Summer Garden Crustless Quiche
Great recipe with exact portions! I make tj sans tomatoes because I didn't have any and it still came out yummy! What a great way to get your family to eat their kale. Make sure you cool the kale well so that it's not too chewy. I also made sure to cut it up into 1" pieces before sautéing. Next time I'll try this in a crust just to appease my curiosity. Thanks!
