This is fantastic....I halved the recipe and made chocolate with mini chips and raspberry (just using jam) and it was DELICIOUS! Wouldn't change a dang thing except to add all sorts of goodies to the basic recipe ;) For those of you who may be wondering....1/2 can of sweetened condensed milk (for splitting the recipe) is just short of 3/4 of a cup. My neighbors and myself think this is the best EVER! (not to mention so easy)

Fried Chicken with Creamy Gravy

My goodness...what is all this about the garlic salt....I LOVE garlic, but can't do the salt thing....I use granulated garlic or the real thing....but the granulated garlic works great...."hint" even on popcorn :) otherwise the recipe was okay

Easy Roasted Pork

This is a great recipe...I brown my roasts first (usually in day old coffee) and marinate over nite and then either use the cooking bag, or if you have pre-browned and marinated, just cook it in a slow oven for a couple of hours.

Roast Beef with Coffee

This is excellent...I would add one suggestion that I always used when I had my cafe....I would deep brown the roast in coffee and garlic atop the stove before putting in the oven on a very slow bake. The dark color not only looks great but adds to the taste.

Good Dog Cookies

just drop the brown sugar...not needed for the dog...perhaps added for the owners pleasure....lol, add a T of granulated garlic and you got it! Actually my dogs enjoy the chicken boullion version

Chocolate Chip Banana Muffins

I thought this was great - moist and a nice texture. I had to make a double batch, in the second batch I added 2 more Tbls sugar and 1 and 1/2 tsp cinnamon. Turned out great!I got 10 large muffins (you know the kind - from the BIG muffin tins)
