Peanut Butter Noodles

I had to improvise with Rotini noodles and used about ten ounces and I added some shredded carrot for color.. other than that I stuck to the recipe and loved it!

Teriyaki Onion Burgers

I used a garlic teriyaki marinade instead of original and man did it ever give it a robust flavor, my sister who was not keen on trying this burger said it was the best one she had ever eaten!

Smoked Salmon Spread

Absolutely beautiful, I used my fathers smoked sockeye that I had in the freezer... cant beat the taste of a true smoked salmon, forget that supermarket junk! A little salmon goes a long way in this recipe.

This was so good, I used half a cup of wine for two chops plus 2 cups of sliced mushrooms half and onion and 5 cloves of garlic that I sauted prior to searing the chops.

Avocado Scrambled Eggs

I found this to be a wonderful light brunch! Not to heavy but a distinct flavor of avocado in with the eggs. I diced up some thin sliced ham and sub that for bacon, used low fat milk instead of regular and sprayed the pan lightly with oil to lighten up the recipe. Over all it was great! My boyfriend who is an amazing chef enjoyed it too. Goes well with HP sauce or hot sauce. MMMMM!
