Sugar Coated Pecans
Nothing needs to be changed with this recipe. It's Great. No need for a mixer, zip bag. Just a large bowl and a big spoon for mixing. When you add vanilla instead of water, it becomes another recipe called, "Texas Glazed Pecans". I have added 1/2 TBL of Chipotle powder (for the original recipe) on some of the batches. Awesome results if you like them a bit spicy. It's very important to stir, turn over and spread out the pecans every 15min of the baking time.

Pork Chops Italiano
This recipe is GREAT just the way it is. It's very simple, not time consuming at all, and very...VERY delicious. I've read most of the comments on how it was changed. Not needed! The only 'change' I've ever made to it was to add an extra can of the tomatoes...but that's really not a change; just a preference of how much sauce you'd like. Oh, and I cut my bell pepper into 10-12pcs. Cooking time is perfect if you like a FORK tender chops - no knife needed. You're not going to over-cook the chop if you let it simmer (a true simmer). It just sits there and gets even more tenderized. All the flavor is there. This is great over garlic mashed potatoes or your favorite pasta. Currently, my favorite pasta is Fusilli col Buco 101.
