Chicken With Mushrooms
Delicious! I followed the recipe pretty closely, and it turned out amazing. I took other reviewers' advice and I sauteed the mushrooms with some garlic and olive oil before adding them to the casserole dish, and I put the cheese over the casserole about 10 minutes before it was done. Additionally, I did add the 1 can of cream of mushroom soup to the mix, and it was delicious. I found my dish took about 20 minutes longer than the 30 minutes required to cook in the oven, but my chicken breasts may have been a little frozen in the middle. Also, I added about a 1/2 cup of feta cheese to the top as well as the mozzarella to give it a slightly sharper taste. Will definintly be making again!!

Strawberry and Feta Salad
Delicious! All of the flavors came together beautifully, and the guests at the dinner party I brought the salad to LOVED it! I did make a few alterations to the recipe. Following other reviewer's advice, I only used 1/2 cup of olive oil instead of 1 cup of vegetable oil. I also excluded the dijon mustard, and I used pomegranite vinegar instead of raspberry vinegar since it is what I had on hand. I also used 1 cup coarsely chopped pecans instead of almonds (because I love pecans!). Quite tasty, and I will definitely be making again!!

Feta and Bacon Stuffed Chicken with Onion Mashed Potatoes
Amazing. This is the best-tasting dish I have ever created, my family LOVED it. My boyfriend begs me to make this every couple of weeks! So juicy and flavorful, although I had enough stuffing to prepare 4 chicken breast halves instead of 3, and they were still jam-packed. I also used a whole pound of bacon instead of 3/4ths of a pound, but that just made it taste even better! This recipe is definitely a keeper and made its way into my recipe box!!!
