Mama's Italian Wedding Soup

Reviewed: Feb. 5, 2003
This soup was very tasty. The only thing I found is that you had to eat it within two days or it went very mushy. I would suggest to cut the recipe if it is only 2 or 4 people.

Blackened Shrimp Stroganoff

Reviewed: Feb. 5, 2003
This recipe was excellent. The flavour was great and the cajun spice is all you really needed. I didn't even have to add salt which was great for me. I would make it again.

Eggplant Croquettes

Reviewed: Jan. 31, 2003
These burgers are awesome. The taste is great and what I liked was that you can make them ahead and freeze them. Then you can take them out put them in the microwave and serve with a salad. The only thing I found was they were a little sticky so I added some oatmeal then they were fine. Sorry I should have added that I fried them in a non stick pan with a little oil not actually dumping them into oil.

Angel Hair Pasta Chicken

Reviewed: Jan. 10, 2003
This recipe was very tasty. The only thing I would do the next time is add more chicken broth. The juice seemed to be absorbed by vegetable. Also I put it on yolkless noodles as I couldn't find angel hair, and that was good. As I said excellent taste/

Candied Chicken Breasts

Reviewed: Jan. 8, 2003
This recipe was incredible I thought. I have three very fussy boys and they loved it. I did leave out the onions but it didn't make much of a difference.

Alice's Sour Cream Chicken Breasts

Reviewed: Jan. 6, 2003
This recipe was great. I did take some suggestions as to add mushrooms and garlic, I also added some onion. Another suggestion was to cook it in the oven at 350 which I did. I would definately try this again.
