Was looking for something different....but easy, and this is it! I did make a few changes, I used boneless skinless chicken breasts, and I halfed them, I didn't alter any of the other ingredients though. I also cooked mine in a cast iron skillet and it browned nicely on 400 degrees for about an hour. The only change I would make next time would be definitely half the butter to 1/4 cup, not only because of the fat content, but it was just too much for 4 chicken breasts. It was very, very tender, a great flavor combination & like everyone else said....your entire house smells wonderful. Even my 9 year old couldn't wait for supper!
