Ramen Noodle Salad
This noodle salad was really good. Everyone loves it. I did make a couple of changes to it. I added some fresh dill, which really added to the flavor. Also, when I mixed the mayo sauce with the other ingredients, it seemed much too thick and a little too salty. I added two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar to cut the salt taste down a little and to make it a little less thick. It was perfect!

Texas Pork Ribs
This recipe was to die for. Everyone that ate it was raving about it. For all you crock pot fanatics...I made this in the crock pot. I prepared the dry rub as instructed and left in the fridge over night. The next morning, I loaded all of the ribs into a big crock pot. Then I prepared the BBQ sauce cold (no stove or oven work) and just poured it over the ribs. Cooked in the crock pot on low for 10 hours. They were incredible!

Blue Cheese Potatoes Delmonico
This was absolutely incredible! At first I thought the bleu cheese might be too overpowering, but it wasn't. I did change the recipe up a bit based on other reviews. I changed the amount of flour to 4 tablespoons. I also added quite a bit of seasoning to it. Being that I'm from New Orleans, I like to kick it up a notch..."BAM!" I sauteed garlic in the butter and I added about 2 tablespoons of Old Bay seasoning to the cheese/cream mixture. Everyone that ate it can't stop talking about it!
