Smoked Sausage and Zucchini Saute

Very good, quick and easy! My 14 year old was on his way out the door to football when it was done, so he grabbed a flour tortilla and loaded it up, and ate it on the run! Next time may just make it for tortillas!

Seafood Fettuccine

Easy Cookies

Very easy and yummy! I didn't have a vanilla cake mix, so I used a chocolate cake mix. Also, I mixed the sugar in like an ingrediant (oops) but they still turned out wonderful! When they are still warm, they are almost brownie like, then when cooled, a nice cruchy cookie. UPDATE: I make these cookies for the kids for an afterschool snack, because its SOOO easy and quick. Today I used strawberry cake mix.....very yummy!!

Cream Puffs I

OH MY GOODNESS!!! VERY impressive recipe! I've made this several times, I did make one minor addition, we mixed up some instant vanilla pudding and put a few tablespoons of that in the custard, and then put it in the puffs. Just a little kick to it!!!!

Chocolate Zucchini Bread I

I have made this probably 4 times within the last 2 weeks (which makes a total of 8 loafs!) and it goes as fast as I make it. Co-workers fight over the last piece! The only thing I did different was melted the unsweetened chocolate and the semi sweet chips together, then mix them in as a last ingredient. That way you don't chunks at the bottom of your loaf.

Bread Pot Fondue

I skipped the ham and peppers, and put in shrimp (the small salad size). I had SO many raves about this, I'm REQUIRED to make a minimum of 2 bread bowls per family gathering!!
